Buen hotel para estar cómodo en San Antonio La primer noche nos hospedamos en una habitación que olía mucho a tabaco, pero al día siguiente que pedimos un cambio el personal de inmediato nos cambió y además nos dieron un upgrade Es un hotel con excelente ubicación, el personal es amable y corresponde el precio a lo que se recibe

Will never stay there again Did not like the location.....didn't like the bathroom it was supposed to be for handicap but was very unsuitable Roaches we should have gotten our money back but they just gave us $25.00 off the room and said we are sorry
Very disappointed especially for the prize of the room As I walked in the trash can when u enter the doors was up to the top with trash... Dirty lobby when I checked in ...the restroom in the room seemed like it wasn't cleaned ... n to top it off the breakfast in the morning shocked me of how dirty everything was That we just left and ate somewhere else .... never will I book this hotel again .was not worth prize I paid The parking was fenced and very secure.
One of the worst places I have ever stayed When we arrived the bathroom had hair all over it and was not clean. We called and asked for someone to come clean it. No one came. The next day after it was "cleaned" there was still hair all over the bathroom. We called for them to come back up to clean it. It took them 45 minutes to get up there. The room was not cleaned till around 5 p.m. Everyday. The power blew one day and it took them 2hrs just to flip the breaker. The air-conditioner Did NOT work. Not much
Very Poor Not clean Nothing
Dirty and in need of maintenance The bathroom was pretty dirty with pink slime in the shower.The first set of towels in my room were stained brown. The water temperature selection valve was broken in the respect that you selected how hot you wanted your shower then it would slip and open up all the way, scalding you. The furniture in the room was dusty from poor house keeping.The bed was hard as a rock.

very bad staff they didn't clean the room, and the lady of the clean staff was in the area but they didnt care and leave the room dirty, very bad staff very bad staff
Poor Place was dirty. The bathroom was dirty. When givendors new sheets for bed they they were dirty. Then the manager called at 9pm yelling at my self and husband why did we complain to booking.com.
