Being a hotel by the airport, the hotel didn’t meet my family’s expectations. The checking in process. No acknowledgement. 3 ladies working and one person in front of me. Took like 20 mins just check us in. The lady that took care of me, super rude and no thank you. The sink in our bathroom was nasty. It was clogged up and the water wouldn’t go. Checking out process. Front counter lady was really nice!

Pésimo hotel Es extremadamente sucio nunca cambian nada huele todo a sudor y nunca te hasen caso hable con la recepción y sólo se rio de mi y mi familia desde que llegué todo estaba sucio yo salí antes por qué nunca me hicieron caso y tampoco me an devuelto nada por haber salido antes por su culpa arruinaron las vacaciones y el cumpleaños de mi hijo eran sus 15 años imaginense .nunca más me hospedare en ninguno de estos hoteles que mala experiencia! Nada todo es horrible

Disappointing Room dirty and smelly. Centrally located to our planned activities
