Smells like Butts If you like the smell of cigarette smoke, this is probably a great place to stay.
Just an ok hotel! This hotel needs some improvements. As we entered our room we noticed a strong odor coming from the bathroom. The elevators are old and make squeaky noises, I felt I was in a super old motel. Overall I would say that you are on a strict budget then this may be a good place, but for the price we paid, I think I could have find something better. I will most likely not stay here again.
Unpleasant experience Pros: Nothing Cons: Clean the rooms. The obvious things like mold in the refrigerator and blood on the sheets should not have been overlooked by the staff. We were moved to 3 different rooms. The first room had mold in the refrigerator. The second room had a phone that was not functional and made a loud clicking noise even when it was not picked up. It was a bad one. The room stunk like mould. The smell came from the washroom and it spred through. The shower tub had this filthy layer of dirt visible. I was there with my wife and two kids and we certainly, didnt enjoy the place.
Bring ear plugs Look to be a great place until after you check in and realize there is absolutely no parking. We parked in a park n ride location up the hill. Not cool!!! Than the room was stuffy. Early the next morning we were rudely awaken by all of the noise of the street. We will not be staying again.
ADA non-compliant Pros: Clean and close to Bellevue Cons: Preference towards disabled. I do not recommend anyone who is disabled in a wheelchair. I did our reservation through Expedia, and then called the hotel to confirm the possibility of getting a room reserved for a roll-in shower. I was assured that they would reserve one of the two rooms they have and it was noted on our reservation. When we arrived, both rooms were had already been inhabited, so the lesser ADA rooms with a queen bed and ADA bathroom was all they had. ... read more
Room smelled bad shower curtain was the problem had to keep bathroom door closed at all times!!!
Disappointing room I sent a review to you yesterday. The bathtub/shower unit was filthy. The room faced SR. 520. It's a busy 6-lane freeway & as the hotel wasn't very full they could have put me in a room on the other side. It would have been quieter. I was not impressed & chose not to have breakfast there. I would not return.
Dirty tired hotel. Not what I expected. I have stayed at other LaQuinta hotels and have always been impressed at the cleanliness of the hotel for the price point. This location (Kirkland, WA) is a tired out hotel with dirty rooms and odd smells. The water heater was also being replaced on a weekend while we were there.
