Hard to find due to road construction & detours We booked a room for 3 adults and got a room with 1 queen bed. Needless to say, it was an uncomfortable night as they couldn't get us a room with 2 beds. The armchair looked like chocolate or something was smeared on the arms - gross!
The floor is so dirty and the hotel is smells like poops.
Made a confirmed reservation but the room rate changed everyday on the 3rd day I moved to another hotel.
Disappointing. Pros: Breakfast was okay, fitness center was adequate. Cons: Customer service and facility upkeep. See above for details. What hotel assigns three people to a shoe-box sized room with one bed, then blames the customer for this type of mistake? To make it worse, they provide a broken roll-away that shouldn't be used by anyone. Ok Room smelled fishy and was stuffy. Tub was nasty dirty. Nice beds. Staff was nice.
Lack of fast food Hotel staff was not helpful of places to eat close by. No fast food close by
Good for visiting Bastyr University, nothing else! Pros: 2/3's of the desk people were good. Cons: Secure the WiFi or have no WiFi at all Location: VIsit Bastyr University Uneecured WiFi permanently crashed my computer!!!! BEWARE!!!!! Good location, pleasant staff, but the smell. Pros: Conveniently located next to the 520 near Bellevue & Redmond. Ample parking, pleasant staff. Cons: The entire hotel smells like a dive bar at midnight, all of my things smelled like cigarette smoke after only one night, and I don't even smoke. Cheap hotel thus cheap room. Smelled really bad. Pros: CheapFix Cons: Fix room odor. Have AC not give people allergies... I'm not really an allergic person but this AC gave me a bad time. Room smelled like humidity, very much. Turned on the AC and coughed all night due to some allergic reaction... I didn't get sick (cold) it was definitely that the AC was throwing dust or something weird...
