Front needs improvement on hospitality skills Breakfast was fair, orange juice was watered down, powdered eggs really, government eggs in a hotel not cool. Front desk staff male employee was loud and rude on the phone.

The room and staff were fine, location and noise were not good. the noise of dumpsters being emptied all night didn't give us much sleep, your neighbors are very noisy. The staff was great and because of my wife's disability we had good parking and a good room with handicap shower and bathroom.
Disappointing Our room overlooked a truck depot which was really noisy all night with trucks being loaded, lots of huge banging and crashing sounds. 3am, 5 am, 6 am, all night long. We were in room 302, if you are given a room along that corridor on the even number side ask to be moved to the other side of the corridor. Made to wait at reception for ages, only one person ahead of us, no acknowledgment that we were even there, with very dour looking receptionist, totally disinterested, not welcoming, hardly looked at us, no s... read more

Terrible, would not recommend it at all. So angry you cost so much and gave such poor results. The . Everything. Terrible stay, and you double charged me for it!! You gave me a room I didn’t book and upgraded me to one that didn’t work for our group. You double charged me for my room and now I’m out 700 plus dollars for a terrible stay and employees who had no idea what they were doing. ok but thats it the wifi was awfull infact of 3 days i mybe had few minutes that it was ok to use major roadand trafficdisruptions due to repairs on the road was a pain good
Disappointing The staff was very unpleasant and the room was uncomfortable for more than two people If you travel with a group more than two either take two rooms or choose other hotel The location close to downtown and space needle
Good Tv sound awful. Kitchen guy who supervises breakfast was too pushy especially for 6:30 in morning. Please change menu. Everyday awful powered eggs apples bananas and awful sausages. Location location location. Restaurants and mall close. Great staff and has laundry onsite:
