Disappointing Did not get the room I booked weeks ago and was assured I would get a discount for the inconvenience. Front desk could not see a discount. And the cost of the room is a lot more than the original quote. I was quoted 527 cad online when I booked it and it was 631 after the charge went through. Not a happy customer. Clean room

Fair Un desastre. En frente hay una construcción que genera mucho ruido. Toda la zona está en remodelación. Carísimo para las condiciones. El trato en el restaurante de el camarero Eduardo. Muy gentil.

Very Poor
Okay Parking was a big hassle and very tight for my full size car. Did not know there was a big issue here from online booking. Could not unload luggage when I pulled in as only one car could pull in so had to park in. City parking a block away to get registered. Fortunately hotel staff were good but having to reschedule my reservations online another hastle on a mistake I made. Hotel could not take care of it and had to call a number myself. Less then excited Broken window. Red dots stains on the ceiling in the bathroom
Fair Stained carpet and worn. Beat up furniture. Smell was not pleasant. A strong old cleaning solution smell. Construction all around hotel. Loud garbage pick up at 4am. Very loud construction sounds started at daylight. Good cost
