Good location, great breakfast, over priced, with just ok staff experience. Front desk staff. They were not rude but not friendly or very helpful. They would answer direct questions with yes or no but did not elaborate or attempt to assist. This was very different as compared to other hotels we stayed in during a 2 week road trip. The other hotel staff offered insight, suggestions into the area and went out of their way to be friendly. Breakfast was great as were the breakfast staff

I would not stay there again and expect to be informed of construction in advance. 1. We were not informed in advance that there was major construction directly across the street with new skyscrapers going up making for terrible view and noise. 2. The hotel was also undergoing exterior painting and there was scaffolding and painters chatting outside our bedroom window. 3. Bedroom was very small, undersized for the bed (king) 4. Disappointing Would not stay at a La Quinta again due to the treatment we received at check in. The receptionist was extremely rude and only interested in giving us a list of other Hotels to stay in. Due to us using an out of the country credit card, and our passports to prove who we were. We had just arrived in Seattle and went straight to our Hotel.
expensive for the amount of disruption experienced during the stay Room was very noisy with construction going on accross the street. breakfast was very good
Fair Hotel clean and in a very good position. Wide room. However it is noisy not only for big external building works but also for internal noises: bathroom fan, refrigerator motor and ware flows inside pipes. Breakfast is poor compared to European stds in hotel of same and even lower level and cost. Concierge staff is opinionate (in italiano: supponente = che rileva presunzione e altezzosità) and little helpful, not used to teamwork.
First and last time! The construction noise across the street that started early in the morning and on Monday night went way past 7 pm. We were not told about the construction, detours, homeless people, beggers, and filfth. People do not pick up after their dogs, leaving visitors to pay close attention to where they walk. Okay Your customer should be advise of the parking situation if you’re going to send the customer two blocks away to park or let them know that parking is free only on the street.as a woman alone to have to walk at night in the dark with no parking at the facility was not cool at almost 11 at night. Honestly if I would’ve known that there was no parking at the facility I would have chosen another hotel
