Poor 1.我覺得白天櫃檯的接待員沒有盡責,我告訴她梳妝間的水龍頭只有熱水沒有冷水,根本無法洗手洗臉(因為浴室裡面沒有盥洗 台)但是待了2天仍然沒有改善 2.前一天問她結帳可否用現金他說可以,後來check out時跟我說,他的電腦現在無法把我預付的信用卡取消,他也不知道怎麼辦, 這位接待員我覺得真的讓我覺得他真的不太稱職
Disappointing
Good location/value, poor customer service Breakfast was ok with the usual cereal, waffle station and hot container of eggs and breakfast meat. We got a suite which is easier to put the baby down in a separate room. It was very spacious. The staff was a big disappointment; the young lady who checked us in input our credit card incorrectly and said it was declined. So we had to give another card at check-in. Overpriced tiny rooms , the only redeeming quality was the staff The room was tiny for the price, you should offer a warning before booking and / or discounts while there’s construction directly across the street and they work late into the evening and start by 5-6 am with the heavy equipment. No noise ordinance rules in Seattle ? It was horrible and definitely not a $400 hotel room.
Needs an upgrade. Not worth the money, but probably most reasonable value you'll find in Seattle. The noise from construction and the early morning dumptrucks. The facilities are old. Our room had very poor ventilation so there was a musty smell after every shower and the carpet was moist... a recipe for mold. Receptionist was rude and unhelpful Price Carpet was filthy Parking is $30 per night Place smelled like rotten eggs in the morning until early noon Parking was horrible Beds were uncomfortable Close to downtown

Will never stay here again. Disappointed in Wyndom hotel chain for this location. Terrible. The room was old. Hotel felt unsafe. Hard to to get to..Construction going on x the street. Room old furnished with old, rundown furniture. Terrible value for $200!!! Never ever stay here again. Thank goodness it was only for a couple of hours.
