It sucked!!!!!!!! Our room wasn't ready! The room was dirty when we were able to get in. We tried parking for over 3 hrs before we went to the Mariners game. I called the hotel before I booked to see if they were in walking distance to Safeco the receptionist said yes. When we checked in the receptionist said no. As it was not, especially with kids. Poor
staff very argumentative Everything Nothing
Had a long drive down with construction noise husband didn't sleep at all They're doing construction beside the hotel it would have been nice if someone had let us know that so we werent woken up at 7 a.m. when we confronted the staff about the issue they didn't seem to care. I realized after the fact that they had a little statement written but it was too late we were already there. I will be contacting laquenta in a personal email. Continental breakfast was awesome
Don't bother, you'll regret it I originally requested a view of the needle. The scheduling staff never got the requested. Then for our second night they said we would have the view but didn't. I paid 3 times the market rate to get a view and was screwed. Construction noise, terrible parking, we could hear the elevator all night and they wanted to close breakfast early, what more could you want? Not anything

Very Poor They took 4 times more than needed, almost everything I had at my card and tried to take more just be caus their staff is totally unconfident and unprofessional. They don't understand how to operate with accounting at all.
Very loud! Construction going on all during the day on both sides of hotel. When I booked the room, they did not mention this. It went on until 1:30 a.m. No quiet at all. Nothing.
I wasn't impressed with this hotel. Construction outside my window. Work being done in our tiny hallway, opened the door and had to work our way through the painters.
