Fair It is the most overpriced facility I have ever stayed in. The breakfast is terrible and an environmental nightmare. We didn't even bother to go down the second morning. My husband forgot something and they refused to help us arrange a courier to have it sent to us. I had to drive back down to get it. I have never had such poor service. Also the hotel is in the middle of a construction zone, noisy etc. The building is old and completely needs redoing. All the reviews must be bogus. Good We arrived at about 8pm and no one on the desk for ten minutes. That may not sound like a long time but it is and no mention of an apology. we were checked in and room was great and clean. I called the desk the next morning at about 9:30 and asked Shane (front desk) to call us a cab to arrive at 10am. He said "just come down when you are ready as I have a really bad memory". The breakfast was very so so so The property is pretty old, the bed were really uncomfortable that made my back pain.
Won't be coming back here again! Too much construction noise, terrible view, air conditioner very noisy, kept us up with all the noise. I had mentioned when I booked it that we were celebrating my husband's birthday snd our sons engagement and they did nothing. Other hotels have left wine or candy or something when you are celebrating something so special. Paid way too much money for what we got. Good coffee and nice breakfast selection. That's about all we liked .
Very Good Parking structure. Have to get out to put in a code. Not convenient. Also on the booking website says pathing included. It’s not! There’s s fee of $20/day
Bare minimum hotel, room was clean but not the room I booked The hotel was not described accurately. The hallways were dingy, humid and run down looking. However, our room was clean. The location was close to attractions, but in a less desirable area where it limited our ability to walk to our destinations and was not safe to walk at night. not worth it for what i paid hotel is old and dark, needs a lot of improvement location is excellent, 10 minutes walk to space needle and 15 mins pike place market,very close to amazon headquarters and lots of restaurant near the hotel
