Horrible communication. No one told us there was no elevator and our room was on the 5th floor. No one there to help us haul our luggage up to our room Didn’t have the meal. Didn’t know about it

Bad Pesimo, al momento de hacer la reserva el hotel no tenia la informacion que estaba en remodelacion, no funcionaban los elevadores, habia que subir por las escaleras de emergencia y nos querian dar una habitacion en el 4to piso! Eramos 9 personas con 2 maletas cada uno. Era una locura. Cuando le haciamos pregunta a la muchacha en un escritorio, por que ni recepcion tenian, ella no nos decia nada. No teniamos donde dejar las maletas no nada.

Comfortable bed, clean bathroom but sticky gross doors in hallway and major Construction all over th The elevators were not working Breakfast was in a bag because the whole first floor is under construction.. no one told us this ahead of time or we probably would not have booked

Will never stay there again! want a refund. HA! WORSE PLACE EVER!! See above answer!! Nothing!!! + Bad service, terrible room, broken elevator. Several calls to get picked up at the airport. Had to wait an hour for a cup of coffee in the morning. Room flor was filthy, had to walk to the handicap room at the entire end of the 2nd floor. Got several eye rolls from staff. Had a few other customers help with my walker and myself. I can keep going...

Bad El alojamiento está en remodelación cuando llegamos nadie nos avisó, nos mandaron aún 4 piso sin elevador con maletas pesada el hotel estaba lleno de polvo la piscina inhabilitada solicitamos el reclamo de reembolso ya que nos tuvimos que ir éramos un grupo grande y hasta el hoy no nos dan respuesta.
