Couldn’t wait to leave Under renovation and was not told this at booking. Elevator not working. Our key didn’t work. Had to walk downstairs 3x to get a key to work Facility dark, dreary, uninviting. Walls paper thin and could hear people in room next door. Shuttle driver closed the door in my face. Had to yell for him to open door. He also looked under the influence. Will never stay at this chain again. Close to airport. The room was clean and the bed ok

Not a fan. Elevators were broken and we had a 6th floor room! Meager breakfast and no coffee. Parking lot was dark and staff said to not leave ANYTHING in our car. Close to Airport

Everything but the room was a disaster. Airport shuttle was not available for our arrival and we were neither warned nor compensated, and the property did nothing to replace it. The *MINUTE* that shuttle breaks down staff must be on the phone to the nearest rental car company for a temporary replacement. Also check renovation status before booking here. It was a mess.

Very very disappointing. No elevators, broken air conditioner, 30 minute wait for shuttle. Comfortable mattress
