Construction and unsafe infant sleep Whole building was under construction. Drywall all over the lobby and floors. Elevators didnt work so suitcases had to be carried up 3 flights of stairs. Hotel stated they had a crib but what they gave us was a crib frame with a blanket for a mattress. Definitely not safe for an infant to sleep in. Airport shuttle was nice easy to fine and ran every half hour. Staff let us store dog crate downstairs.

The place is a Construction zone mess! We were not notified. It was under construction until we checked in …no elevators and put on the sixth floor with heavy luggage… weak breakfast and everything was very dirty … it should not have even been open during that much construction work everywhere!!! Horrible! The kind staff was the only thing that made it tolerable The staff

Fair Elevator was out of service. Had to drag our luggage to the 4th floor. They were not offering refunds if you didn't want to stay there. Rooms are being updated. Bed was comfortable.

Very happy with staff and room. Did receive phone call about elevator but daughter said scam, erase No elevator working. Staff helpful in getting luggage to room. Needed some muscled men to do this instead of happy to do it but tiny staff. Stairwells in state of disrepair. Staff, comfortable bed and bath. Staff very helpful and gracious.
