We just flew in from Orlando which we had a very enjoyable 1-night stay prior to our flight to Seattle ! Compared to the Took 45 min for their airport shuttle to pick us up. When we entered the hotel in totally under reconstruction! If we weren’t going to lose the $180 non- refundable prepayment, we would have found another hotel! The free breakfast was extremely limited for what we had been told! The rooms were the only thing acceptable.

Close to airport The location didn’t feel very safe, property was under construction so it was a little torn apart but it looks like it will be nice once the construction is done It was close to the airport

No recommendations My first time visited Laquinta hotel. I was not impressed many things. Employees were not friendly: Young white women was unfriendly, didn’t know how to talk to customers! A younger house keeper was so rude kept wiping the counter during breakfast time and talked mean to foreign. She occupied the whole area, customers had to wait for her several minutes. Floor was dirty, very inconvenient and noisy during my stay. Overall grade is D minus!

Poor The entire first floor is a filthy construction zone. The computers were not working properly so checking took 45 minutes. The staff and manager were unwilling to give guest a room and straighten out the paperwork later forcing us to sit on the two broken down disgusting sofas. Others had to stand for 45 minutes. The vent in the bathroom was completely cover with dust hanging from it. Location

With it being an authorization, it can take 5-7 business days for it to reflect back to your account, depending on your bank. Please note that foreign banks may take longer. Seeing as you checked out on a weekend, it may take some time for your bank to release the hold. The hotel has already returned it on our end. We have no intention on stealing your money. Thank you.
