Not a good stay We landed at the airport. At 9:45pm I called the hotel to see when the shuttle would arrive. I was told it came every half hour. So I verified it would be there at 10:00pm. I was told " no it will be there at 10:30. After waiting until 10:40 I called them back and was told it would be there at 11:00. At 11:15pm it still wasn't there so we took a cab to the hotel. Fair L’hôtel ne vaut clairement pas les 3 étoiles indiquées par Booking. Les moquettes au sol sont tachées et sales. Les salles de bain sont dans un mauvais état. La literie est correcte. Le petit-déjeuner n'est pas bon. L'emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal pour se rendre à l’aéroport.

Please offer our original price There is mold above the shower & when you are in the shower there is urine on the toilet. We had to e at the airport early so we didn’t get the complementary breakfast. Breakfast wasn’t served early enough for us to have. The location was fine because we drove our car to the airport parking. The price we SHOULD HAVE gotten was fine but the night shift couldn’t get the printer to work so we didn’t get the price we were quoted because the day shift forgot to apply it
ok for a quick stopover in between flights poor checking in , unable to find our booking. breakfast was poor. the aircraft could be heard late into the night due to poor soundproofing it’s location was perfect for an overnight stop at the airport
Vacation cut short The fact they used my card to pay for someone else's room took from 1045 pm till 2am to finally get a room after sending us up 3 times to another room. Now still have not received monet back on card. Made a little vacation that was already messed up worse. Even though they discounted our room it has cause more since the money that was taken was for our trip and we had to cut it short. I really needed. The bed was comfy The room was very clean and it was quiet
