Was fine for a single night lay over. The hotel was clean, but obviously has seen better days--it's a bit shabby. Staff was friendly. There was a shuttle from SeaTac to the hotel. But, there was not a clear explanation on the hotel website or with my reservation on how to find it upon arrival.
Disappointing Dirty towel in tub. Told staff. Two hours later towel still in tub. Told staff again, was told I should have reported when checking in. Yold them I did. Was told that's house keeper job and they would send someone to take towel. I wanted tub to be cleaned. Was told I would have to wait until next day. I made a fuss and someone came and cleaned tub. Somke alarm was broken. Hallway not vacuum.
Fair When I checked in, found out we could have gotten a senior discount (I have both AARP & AAA). Even tho I mentioned when I booked that we were both over 70, there was no mention of discount. Clerk could not give discount at property because I had booked thru Booking.com. It was a $50 difference the clerk told us. Disappointing
Very dirty facility. Dirty bathroom, puny breakfast, weak coffee. Dirty lobby!!! Location
location and price fair but facility needs updating and the staff need some training on people skills The staff location and the bed was comfortable

Felt like an overpriced 2 star motel. Smell of carpet. Water was warm and not hot. Staff was very considerate when I had a complaint about carpet.
