ripped me off for the free shuttle that didnt exist We were suppose to get a shuttle to the airport that never showed and the hotel desk person didnt seem to care . we got there by cab to keep from being late slept good, quiet and clean
Fair Personal de recepción 2 hombres con cero tino se reían entre ellos en su idioma al parecer de los huespedes. Hotel no internacional... no hablan español. Traslado gratuito no lo habilitaron ni respondieron llamadas al intentar solicitar desde aeropuerto. Instalaciones viejas. Desayuno todo dulce nada salado. No vuelvo. Pésimo Nada
Disgusting This was the dirtiest hotel/motel I’ve ever stayed at. It should not be 3 star. It is overpriced. I couldn’t sleep due to the filthy conditions but we arrived late and were leaving really early so we didn’t relocate. The room clearly hadn’t been cleaned. Hair all over the place and in the bedding. Red stain on the bathroom floor that could have been mopped. We found a live cockroach. It was a place to sleep. I stayed there twice once on a Sunday night and once on a wed both times the bathroom in the lobby didn’t have paper towels, and it looked like it had not been mopped in a very very long time Location close to airport was convenient. Staff at front desk were very kind considering how overworked they were and there was always a line at the desk with people complaining about dirty rooms, or otherwise asking to get rooms comp’d so they could move to another hotel.

I would not stay here again. Carpeting and tile need replacing. Room was not appealing. Desk lamp didn’t work. Hotel desk clerk was not friendly or welcoming. The bed was comfortable and surprisingly it was reasonably quiet.
