Very Poor The staff was rude and housekeeping knocked on my door when I was sleeping in because my body is still on eastern time. Close location to the airport

Disappointing Rag on the floor as soon as we came in. Generally dirty and furniture with holes.

Would not stay here again or recommend it. See above. One of the worst places we've ever stayed at. The only thing it's got going for it is being pet-friendly...and there were lots of dogs. Not much went well. The room we were assigned was not made up so we had to switch. The area surrounding the hotel and the adjacent Jack in the Box fast food joint looked like a homeless encampment. Good, but needs work Our room didn't have any charging stations or hand soap. The bed was extremely hard. The fridge was barely cool. The carpet was very dirty. The room was insulated very well, so we never heard any other guests. The staff was super nice. The AC worked well.
Hay mejores por igual precio La tarifa incluia desayuno y no lo están dando. Escribí 2 veces para decir a que hora llegaba y preguntar cómo pedía el Shuttle y no me respondieron, asi que tuve que llamar y demoraron, y no ayudaron con la maleta. El agua caliente no funcionaba, pero lograron repararla. El Tv estaba desconfigurado y no lo pude usar. La ubicación, cerca del aeropuerto. La cama estaba confortable y la habitación estaba muy limpia.
