Dissappointing Hallway smelled terrible. Tub had a black hair in it. Toilet had urine on it. Bed super comfortable

Loved Location, furniture outdated and old, but friendly staff and decent Continental Breakfast. They only had basic channels, and small TV, I think was a 32inch, No cable; nothing. I was on Vacation. Not good for a Vacationer. If I wanted to stay in and relax, there wasn't anything to watch. Location was perfect between Tacoma and Seattle. Lots of restaurants and shopping near by. Parking was good.

My stay was pleasant. I could not adjust the temperature. I like to sleep in a cool room but it was a little too warm for me. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. It was quiet in the room.

Very Good It was all good. No issues Having the shuttle to the airport every half hour was great. Worked out perfect for us.
Served the purpose TV did not work but I was just there to sleep for 6 hours Clean,fair price

All in all, it was a good stay, I would come back again . One day the room wasn't made and let front office know and they said they were shorthanded and because we were a holdover they couldn't clean. Another day, the maid tried to clean at 8:30 in the morning ! Location and free shuttle and free parking and free breakfast

The hotel is OK. However, if you have the wrong color the employees may not friendly at all. Could be much more friendly. Close to the airport
was comfortable should have staff at the breakfast area no hot water for the tea bags that were provided, n noone around to ask at 6:30 am however the reception staff at check in was wonderful n informative. the area of the hotel only has 2 decent restaurants n no shopping nearby, on busy street but very comfortable.

For future reference, there is a bright red toggle that says 'Lift For Hot Water' located on the front of the coffee machine, at other hotels it can also be located on the side.
