Worst place we ever stayed at. Everything Nothing.. it was dirty, the bathroom tub had rust all in it . The room smelled so bad.

Regular. No lo que esperaba del lugar. Los trabajadores muy amables todos. Los muebles en la recption estan asquerosos. Llevan siglos sin cambiar. Esta todo empercudido. Los trabajadores son excepsiona;es. Muy amables. Los sofa cama tienen los muelles salidos hacia afuera. El desayuno regular. Por ejemplo el jugo de naranja estaba ligado con agua. No sabia a nada.

Hôtel à l’abandon L’état de l’hôtel qui était encore plus dégradé par rapport à notre séjour il y a un an. La moquette de la chambre, la canapé lit très sales, la clim totalement cassée avec du froid qui entre de l’extérieur. La douche faible débit, les joints sales. Le petit déjeuner très médiocre avec peu de choix sucrés pour les enfants et les produits de qualité passable. Le personnel est agréable. L’emplacement avec le bus qui emmène en direct à Times Square en 30 min.

Poor Dirty beds. Dirty sheets. Broken phone so it wouldn’t work.

Fair Where do I start..... So we had paid for two rooms, but one of the rooms had an issue with the heating system so we had to cancel that room. The room that we stayed in wasn't wonderful but ok. The worst part was the stains on the mattress of the pull out bed. Also, the ceiling of the room had black dust( i checked because I thought it was black mold, BUT it wasn't), and before I forgot, Breakfast wasn't what I expected, unfortunately. Not soo good. Our experience with the receptionist was extremely disappointing. They were unfriendly and unwilling to assist, even though the issue was entirely the hotel's fault. After a long and exhausting drive to NJ, we were stuck outside our hotel room for over 30 minutes because our key card wasn’t working. When we reached out for help, the receptionist flat-out refused to come and assist us. Instead, they told us that if we couldn’t wait, we should cancel our reservation and find another hotel. Not happy the fact I did stay here years ago and it was excellent but it tremendous this drop in ser The fact that the telephone is broken so I had no communication with the front desk when I ran out of toilet paper I had to go downstairs asked for two rolls. The lady said she had only one available unbelievable as well as lights were burned out and again could not get a response so a bit of a disaster very disappointed would not return. Breakfast was OK, but the coffee was room temperature

All we ended up doing there was just sleeping and even that was uncomfortable Literally everything else It had a small parking lot
