Terrible but the customer service was good at the front desk. The first room was dirty. The phone did not work and the pull out couch mattress had a big hole in it. The refrigerator did not fit under where the refrigerator was suppose to go and the bed had stains. We transferred to a different room and this room did not have a phone. On the last night the light in the bathroom went dim. The tub was filthy. The wash cloths and towels were brown and we did not use them. The tv remote was hard to change channels. Over all decent but definitely not returning. Tvs were not wifi capable. Would've been ideal if the tvs provided streaming services where one could log in rather than being stuck 42 channels.
Will not stay there again The rooms were not clean. Bathrooms have mold in it. We had to be moved to a different room. Also, the bear was not comfortable in the hotel was out dated. The close proximity to dream mall
awful from when we arrived and the door handle to hotel room 806 was not functioning properly front desk said they would have it fixed in the morning maintenance came was told it was fixed after being out for the day returning after 10:30 pm get to room keys not working go down with small children to be told new keys were issued back to room new keys not working again maintenance called again to find out key reset not working by the time this is figured out had to have room changed to 906 had to move all belongings after 12:... read more
Will not stay again Every stay there is something wrong with the bathroom whether it’s the tub or toilet
The hotel should close until renovations occur and better trained staff are provided. The rooms were falsely advertised. The king one bedroom suite has no door though a door is seen in the photos. A renovation is long overdue as the hotel and its rooms feel very used and the previous smells are embedded in the carpet, furniture, etc. The “non-smoking room” had a strong sense of smoke as a lingering scent in the space. Hotel sujo, com problemas de manutenção. Hotel sujo. Porta do quarto apresentou problemas para abrir na chegada e durante a estadia. Faltavam toalhas na chegada. Eu não gostei.

For the price that we paid, we definetely expected a much better hotel. In general, the hotel looks like a motel, not appealing at all. The shower cap was rusty, the water in the bathroom sink won't drain properly. The air conditioning seems very old, it starts once in a while and it sounds like an air engine, very annoying at night.
