I love the location and our stays but was disappointed this time We stayed in rm 709. I didn't like the shower. The shower trim was broken and falling, the shower curtain was too short, and water got on the floor, making it a hazard for us and our children. The bathroom sink was clogged, and the water sat in the sink all weekend, and it smelled. It was really gross attempting to brush our teeth with sitting water in the sink. Pay a little extra and go some where nicer. The building and facilities are very warn and need updating. The staff was responsive to small issues.
I would never recommend this hotel to a family, it is so dirty and old. It really needs a revamp. Everything else, the hotel needs a serious revamp. The rooms are shockingly dirty, doors and walls have bad marks on it. The bedroom door locks are lose. The bath / shower taps are lose in the wall. The carpets in the entrance area are disgustingly dirty, with huge dirty marks everywhere. The breakfast is so poorly made that we decided to eat out instead. Poor Mold in the tub - didn't dare take a shower! Tub faucet leaking all night. No heat in the room. Breakfast was fine. Bed was comfy. Room was clean but....
Vies, oud hotel zonder service Alles viel tegen. Na een vermoeiende reis moesten we 2 uur wachten voordat we de kamer op konden terwijl deze om 15.00 klaar zou moeten zijn. De receptiemedewerker deed geen enkele moeite dit te versnellen. Een drankje aanbieden, ho maar. Toen we uiteindelijk na 2 uur de kamer op konden bleek ook dat een grote teleurstelling. Desagradable El lugar necesita mejoras, ya que las instalaciones le falta mantenimiento. Teníamos un sofá-cama donde dormiría mi hijo y cuando fuimos a montarlo el matress estaba manchado completamente y vomitado. Una experiencia desagradable. Al salir lo dejamos saber, no tenemos queja del personal, pero el lugar necesita mantenimiento. El precio parece ser muy bueno pensando que está cercano a New York.
