Bad Normally, I'd have no complaints. However, this time was different. The first night, the microwave kept shutting off whenever we tried to heat something up. I was told that it automatically does that when it overheats. Okay, no biggie. Then, the toilet kept backing up. I had to go to the front desk twice to retrieve a plunger, which I was told to just keep until my stay was over. i choose this for pool and was closed i was changed to three rooms everyone had something broke toilet , ac , front door , light went out in the room I settle in location to everything else
Fair The quality of the bathroom was very poor. The staff was great but the room was dated, toilet didn't flush, and the pool was closed 2 out of 3 nights.
Fair The room was clean but the carpet was old and completely worn out. The chair was frayed and peeling all over. (Disgusting look). The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, nobody would be able to sleep. The next time I will book a room with 2 queen beds and not a king bed and a sofa bed. The location of the hotel is perfect. There's a bus stop right across from the hotel for going to Port Authority / New York. The breakfast was good.
I had to switch rooms twice because of things not work correctly in the room (toilet and microwave). Also the building i outdated The location
My reservation was cancelled, but I did not receive a notification. It was revealed upon arrival. They couldn't give us any accommodation, the family and I stood there at night tired, with a crying child. Very upsetting
