Bad rooms but great location to NYC The air conditioners in our rooms didn’t work at all. We were burning up. There wasn’t a single ice machine in the hotel that worked, and we tried every single floor. The breakfast was not good and the workers manning the food were rude and impatient. The hotel is right next to the bus stop that takes you into NYC, so that was super convenient. The front desk workers were both amazing. Helpful, patient, kind, happy, and friendly.
it was okay there was never Ice available and there was an old american lady that was very rude always that is was very close to a plaza shopping center and very convenient to go to new york city

great staff but unit obviously not kept up phone did not work. A/C did not work. A/C unit hot and fire hazard. Bathroom plug placed so electric cords between sink and toilet making the dryer an electrical hazard. Room had inadequate lighting. No insulation between the walls. Washer/Dryer did not work well and no soap or coins to operate w/o going off site. the staff were exceptional
All in all I feel it was overpriced for the comditions of the hotel but the service was awesome the air in the living room did not work, the toilet flushed improperly, the milk was past date at breakfast, the beds were uncomfortable. bathroom was rusted & outdated The front desk staff & maintenance men were very friendly!
the hotel needs to do better about cleaning an having things working The refrigerator in the room didn’t work. the bathroom wasn’t clean. It was close to the location i was going too

redelijk niet te reguleren hard geluid van airco en ventilatie, dag en nacht, dubbele ramen waar je niet door kon kijken slecht hersteld groot gat in de muur plaats tov van de stad de kamer, de indeling, de bedden
