clean enough, decent location, breakfast was pretty good the pool was closed all week and I intentionally booked a hotel with a pool for my granddaughter to enjoy the place was clean but my room was not as updated as I expected

It served the purpose for sleeping only. We paid an additional amount of money to stay in the hotel due to the amenities ie the pool and we were not told until our check in that the pool was closed. in addition it was late and were told that we could receive a refund and did not have to stay. The bed was comfortable.
Disappointing
Should have read other reviews and gone anywhere but here!!! The pool wasn't open as promised. Even AFTER talking to a front desk person less than 24 hours before we checked it. Upon check-in, it was closed because of a "sanitary" issue. Apparently, swim lessons are held on Sat mornings, which means the pool is off limit to its guests until 2 pm. This should have been explained when I specifically asked (before i booked )if we would be able to use the pool during our stay...which was only Fri to Sat!!! Room was literally fal... read more
kids had a ball and that was the point for trip. 1st room was dirty.all beds even the pull out and showers so they moved us. second room had problems but better then the first location was awesome and pool was great

I brought my kids there because of the indoor pool but when we check in we find out there is a schedule that a swimming needs to be cleaned better and check rooms before someone checks in !! it says no smoking but there is definitely smoking on every floor all different drugs and cigarettes! staff was very polite, even though the hotel was horrible!!
