staff was good at front desk but otherwise our stay in general was not worth the money spent our room had cigarette buts in trash, our door was broken, multiple times could not gain access to our room with card. housekeeping never came to clean our room, we had to go to fromt desk looking for new towels and toilet paper to be supplied. our airconditioner was not working the whole time, complained said it was fixed but was not. spent our nights really hot and sweating very uncomfortable. the breakfast was mediocre. the eggs w... read more
You should never book through an agent, search yourself and call directly the hoel to book. limited breakfast and not able to cater to all guests. The corridors smelled of cigarettes and weed.
Disappointing Struttura decadente. Abbiamo prenotato per 3 persone e non era stato prerarato il secondo letto. Abbiamo lasciamo il solito biglietto sulla porta per rifare la stanza e alla sera al nostro rientro non avevano rifatto nulla. Sconsigliato! Posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro di newyork, colazione discreta ma niente di speciale
Vraiment déçu de cet hôtel. Odeur d'humidité dans la chambre et odeur de cannabis provenant des chambres aux alentours. Matelas du sofa-lit très mince et inconfortable. Personnel non souriant. Personnel qui ne veut pas nous changer de chambre puisque nous avons réserver via Booking. Salle de bain désuète: rouille dans le bain et au sol de la salle de bain. Ventilation qui ne fonctionne pas dans la salle de bain. Emplacement près de tout.

Nie polecam Nie podobało mi się, że musiałem godzinę ! czekać, aby ktoś pojawił się na recepcji i wręczył mi klucze do pokoju. Śniadanie było, ale bardzo skromne. O 9:00 nie było już ciepłych przekąsek, zostały tylko płatki kukurydziane i kanapki z dżemem. W 4 osobowym pokoju dostaliśmy tylko tyciunią tubkę z mydełkiem, dużo starych i nieświeżych mebli w pokoju (poza łóżkami - łóżka były ok) Podobało mi się, że hotel miał parking i nie musiałem go opuszczać od razu po zakończeniu pobytu
I would not stay here again. Definitely not worth paying over $200. Room was dingy, stains on carpet and smelled like sm run down and room smelled like smoke. light fixtures hanging off the wall, water stains on carpet, door handle to room was broken, staff was nice and location was close to MetLife stadium
Not impressed. Thank goodness no bedbugs and the bus was right out front. The bathroom didn't flush properly, the shower had no pressure, the towels weren't ready for the 5 of us, and after housekeeping, there would never be enough towels. Breakfast was bad (old sausages, mushed hard-boiled eggs, no waffles for 2 mornings, and then long lines to obtain one the subsequent mornings). Dining hall tables were all dirty.
