See above See above On 7/20/24 I started attempting to change the check out date to 7/25/24. Emailed , phoned and texted both LaQuinta and booking.com. I was informed by LaQ staff to contact booking.com. I was informed be booking.com to contact LaQ. I was unsuccessful in multiple attempts to discus, plead, clarify my request in a timely manner to either LaQ or booking.com. If there hadn't been a disaster in Texas - we would have left. The exercise room didn't exist. The pool has a green film on the pool concrete bottom and the water is cloudy. The lounge chairs had broken slats and couldn't be used. There were silverfish in the room towels. The interior paint jobs were poorly done. There were communication problems with the front desk staff.

Overpriced and under pleased There was no internet access. The room was horrible and next to loud noise. . Couldn't get an hour extra for late check out although I checked in later. Staff was cold and lacked hospitality. Rate was outrageously high especially to not have internet access and access to more towels. Never again will I choose la Quinta. Nothing

It was alright Reservation was for 4 yet there was only 2 towels, 2 toilet paper rolls. You know what it takes for 4 people I don’t know why you all expect for customers to ask for everything when we’ve already paid. I usually stay in La Quinta but this room was exceptionally smaller. Very tight room for 4 people. Location

Family Gathering Shower kept floor wet. Looks like mold. Beds were not comfortable. Housekeeping staff was awesome. Shower head was awesome.
