You can renovate all you want. If you do not clean your act up its all for not. For us, not again. We understood the hotel was under renovation. With that being said, there are small things that could make a better impression. We arrived around 4:00 in the afternoon. The gentlemen at the counter was on his cell phone, we were barely greeted,and I needed to press him for directions to our room. It’s an excellent location as our winter home is in RGV. But will not stay there again due to the su Extra charge should be on there Webb site. I have always stayed at a La Quinta and never charged for my 7 pound yorki. Was told I had to pay for my yorki. Extra $30.00 Was told booking people don’t know what they’re doing. Sign on wall is on hat we charge per dog.

It was ok. I felt the hotel was mediocre at best, especially for the price. $180 for 1 night. The room wasn’t super clean, the a/c smelled like mold and we all work up with terrible stuffy noses and sore throats, which I believed to be caused by something in the room. We’d spent two other nights with family in the same area without waking up feeling icky. It honestly was about the equivalent of a cheap motel 6 or super 8. Didn’t stay and will not go back. was not as clean as other properties we stayed at. The room had been occupied by a smoker of cigarettes and marijuana. They would not switch my daughter and I to another room nor would they air it out and change linens. It was close to wear I had to stay for my daughter’s extra curricular we were there for.

Disgusted the water roach that ran across our path by the pool and the building. then going to our room I had to have my husband open the door because it was up door. then there were so many markings on the door to the room and all in the bathroom. then we had 4 guests in our room there were only 3 “sets” of towels and when I we t to the front desk and asked for a couple more towels they wrote it down like I would be charged for them she didn’t explain why just wrote my room number down and just smiled just where it was loca... read more
