I wish I cold have gone to another hotel it wasn’t clean I got my room the bed look like someone has been in the bed already the tub was dirty and the room was smelly it was okay
Terrible Stay Would Not Stay Or Recommend This Hotel. No Breakfast. Could Not Check In till 3:00 P.M. Shower Curtain was torn in room. Coffee Maker in room was missing the filter tray, had to put coffee pod directly in cup to prepare coffee. No one at front desk before 3 check in and had to hollow to someone in the office room and she finally came out and was not in a good mood. Fair Front desk was unprofessional. There were only 3 towels in a family, King suite. The phone wasn't working. No blanket for the sofa bed, or pillows. Very disappointed Room was large and spacious. Pillows were comfortable

Internet poor (non-existent at time of my stay) TV - no guide, just a mess. The Internet never did connect for me. I travel a LOT and never had so much trouble getting internet. I finally had to use my mobile hotspot to get any reception. Also, the TV / remote/guide, features, are non-existent.. at least at the time of my stay. The TV was IMPOSSIBLE to navigate. Met my needs. Nice pool! The shower faucet handle had bad leak and appeared to have been faulty indefinitely. Could not shut flow off completely. Water flows down to tub spout and entering wall at an unsealed gap. I left note at front desk Night receptionist was very welcoming, professional and competent. Sorry I didn’t get her name...
Disappointed Paid full price but no breakfast and closed gym. Couldn't take my daughter a bath because it only lets you shower, and the water stopper wasn't working right. Coffee maker was broken and the phone didn't even work. We we're getting married close by The only good thing is you allow pets.

Don’t bother Customer service sucks from main La Quinta line to individual hotel. No extra pillows! Went to check out, no one there…phone from their hotel line and just told me to gv them my hotel room number . Poor customer service from top to bottom! Location was horrible…sketchy area!
