will never stay at this location again. it smelled, the gym had two machines, we were there two days no one cleaned the room. the elevator made a sound like it was going to fall, things everywhere around the main areas and again it smelled. The fridge did not work. nothing

Disappointed, not worth the price this location charges... Everything. Remodel was cheaply done. Smelled bad. Faulty door handles. Keys rarely worked. Can lights separated from ceiling. New toilet old nasty seat put back on. Leaking showerhead and tub faucet. Mildew. Same old breakfast everyday. Workers seemed unfriendly and unhappy. Trash on the ground around building. Would've stayed elsewhere, however, stay was non-refundable. Overall, upkeep and maintenance was an issue. Nothing.

I would try it again if the price was not so expensive. $200 per night no elevator or staff to help no offer to reimburs The elevator did not wok and they had no staff to help with it. Room was ok

It was convenient to my sons house and family quiet But it was so dirty we won’t return It was really really dirty, the lobby the halls the elevator even the rooms , stains on the carpet in hallway, there was no where to get water to drink, the front desk guy at night could barely speak English and therefor was not very helpful

never again. highly recommend for people to stay somewhere else I didn’t even get the correct room that I reserved. it was dirty and smoke detector was ripped out of ceiling and wires just hanging out. will make sure I pay the couple hundred dollars extra and stay at a nicer hotel. card wasn’t even programmed right. overall I would have not stayed here if I saw the rooms and facility prior two ladies that were cleaning were the only two helpful people there the entire stay.

Horrific stay! Do not stay in this hotel! we slept on dirty sheets both nights. NO CLEANING service at all. There were FIGHTS on our floor with police and ambulance called! The outrageous fighting continued all night long, so the noise level was terrible. Manager offered no help when I walked down to the front desk to get my own towels. Never again! nothing.

Avoid Elevator not working. No remote for TV in sitting area. Contacted the front desk twice who said they would bring a remote and it never happened. Grounds surrounding hotel unkept and dirty. Breakfast so so. Would never stay again.

Nice, comfy bed, but the facilities are a little lacking. the pool is not as nice as pictures make it seem, the bathroom toilet leaked and the walls are very thin as far as noice is concerned. bed was comfortable and the room was clean
