Basic and clean place to stay Rugs are a bit ragged. Need an overhaul. Breakfast is too basic. But area is clean. I traveled with a dog. there is a pet fee and deposit. plenty of parking out back. I think my rate was higher than usual due to staying whilst Taylor swift was in concert in Miami and Boat Show in Ft Lauderdale. Hotel needs some updates but generally clean and in good condition.
