Poor El asensor NUNCA funcionó. Estuvimos 7 días, fatal. Con el tema de la pandemia no entrar a limpiar nada, esta bien, pero ni siquiera hay los elementos para que uno pueda limpiar el baño. Todo lo tenías que pedir en él 1er piso, papel higiénico, toallas, jabón. Sin asensor. Fatal. El Internet se fue varias veces. Mi hija tenía que hacer un curso y no pudo. Las manijas de la puerta estaban sucias. No fue lo que esperaba. Me sentí estafada. La ubicación. Por lo demás nada.

Fair The elevator doesn’t work. We had to use stairs up to third floor. The staff was kind but the hotel needs more maintenance

Don’t expect anything more than a cheap 3 star hotel. Elevator wasn’t working. Bed sheets had stains on them. Bathtub wasn’t properly cleaned. Tv wasn’t working. The location was fine for shopping.

Disappointing
Unsanitary & outdated. Where do I start? Firstly the elevator was not working. Then the WiFi went from poor to mot working at all the next which meant no tv or use of devices for the kids. The AC was warm even though it was on the lowest setting. Every time we used the toilet we had to lift up the tank cover and pull on the chain to flush it. There isn’t even a safe or luggage rack in the room. NOTHING really. The staff was ok.

Poor A working remote and good AC The remote didn’t work. The AC didn’t work properly.

CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN, LACK OF SAFETY, AND SERIOUS HEALTH HAZARDS Actually, it wasn't a safe, and good stay at all. First of all, I requested top floor, quiet, view, and made sure after contacting the location, and submitting it onto my reservation as well..... when got to the hotel, total disappointed when it was confirmed, No one reads the reservations......
