Worst stay ever. Everything. It is dirty smells like damp or mold. The room was not cleaned when we got here- and it was like 10PM. I complained so on Saturday they cleaned. Even the sheets had not been changed. I asked for handicapped room- it was approved, when I got here they don't have anything. Just bad! And it was not cheap! 150. A night! I would NEVER book with you booking.com again. This is worst experience I have had. The hotel smells horrible and the room worst. I have pictures and believe they will be posted.

Fair Didn’t have face towels or enough towels in room. No morning breakfast as it was stated on the booking room website. Otherwise everything else was decent. Comfy bed, cold room , cable and quiet.

Mala experiencia. Muu Sucio Es un hotel extremadamente sucio. Nunca en mi vida he estado en un hotel con habitacion tan sucia. 1)restos de comida en el piso. 2)restos de comida sobre la mesa del tv. 3)ducha muy sucia(restos de jabon, pelos,etc) 4)mala cortina, se entra toda luz. 5)el tv estaba dañado 6)el reloj del velador estaba roto y caido atras del velador. 7)sabanas con huecos 8)mueble del tv despostillado 9)el papel higienico era usado.
