Disappointing
Bad Everything!!! Horrible experience.. waste of money!! Mold in the rooms and the manager this lady should not be a manager.. Horrible on getting back to ppl it's been almost 2 days of supposedly investigating to see if there is mold, she doesn't want to refund my money.. knowing it doesn't take but 2 min. This is why so many bad reviews.. my daughter went to the dr because of the mold and she couldn't breath.. Nothing!! For $200 per night was crazy ridiculous. Place is so Dated. The whole building is very dated, musty, and needs a lot of cleaning and improvements. Everywhere you look, you just want to leave as soon as possible. We had no choice as when we came there were no other available hotels in the area. The staff were very friendly but the place was just not worth paying even $100. Location

Convenient close to I75; lacking cleanliness; excellent friendly and helpful staff Dated presentation of the hotel was expected and did not bother us. However, cleanliness lacked (stained carpets in hallways and room, hairs in bathtub). Pool not heated. All areas including lobby, elevators, breakfast area are all very small so space becomes crowded with just 1 extra party, and challenging to maneuver. I Found Miami’s Dump This place was DIRTY! It was so overpriced and they still had the nerve to charge me an extra $50 for early check in. And, I came down to eat breakfast one hour after it began and it was ALL gone, even the coffee. When I asked about the coffee, I was told they were making more. When I left the hotel 15 minutes later, people were still waiting. So I was supposed to get breakfast included and didn’t. To top it all off, this place was disgusting. Not worth the stay We were told when we called that we could check in an hour earlier if our room was ready. We got there about 45 minutes early and was told to access the room early would be an additional $50.00 charge. This was not disclosed. We were not offered a rest room to use. We walked around and found a rest room near the entrance to use but it was not offered. There was no hand soap just a mini bottle of hair shampoo on the sink. The facility is old and dated.
