Horrible drug addicts hanging all around the front desk was rude room outdated bed uncomfortable pillows flat The need to be more welcoming I was with my family on the app is says I would have a pull out bed I paid extra for it and then I get there the man says he doesn’t know what I’m talking about No let out beds in no room very rude the room looks So old everything is so outdated they need to buy better beds so uncomfortable I didn’t like anything

Hotel needs upgrades. I didn't like the comforters that were like a thicker sheet and the room was dirty. The location of the hotel.

Poor The pull out couch was very dirty. The carpets are really dirty. I didn’t even want to take a shower there. The location was good. No breakfast.

I would never stay here again. The elevator and the hallways of the hotel were FILTHY. There were patrons walking around without masks. Our room was NOT ready at 7:30pm. We had to ask for more pillows because the room only came with 2 VERY flat pillows.

Very Poor We had zero towels in our room when we checked in. Asked front desk and handed a STACK of hand towels- told there was a towel shortage ????

Oh my We asked for towels to shower because there’s no housekeeping. We were told they didn’t have any and handed floor mats. The entire second floor reeked of pot.

Very Poor No record of my reservation when I cam to check in. Told me I had to go call Booking.com myself to try and figure things out. They couldn't do anything to help me. When they finally found my reservation, I had to wait another two hours for them to have my room cleaned and ready for me.
