Location to the mall was great, staff great, rooms need some TLC The furniture was old as if bought at a thrift shop, carpeting old and gave off an awful smell ( like sewage) ant mattress was defective. Getting out of bed you feel the spring in th mattress. Upon examination the covering was torn exposing the springs. The hotel beds a good refurbishing. Give the area located. I expected better. I have stayed at the Hollywood property previously and it is much nicer there. The staff was very nice and helpful

Below average because of the room accommodations. There for three days and couldn't take a shower . Needed a handicapped room with two beds . The handicapped rooms only had one queen bed. Had to buy a toilet seat riser to use the toilet as it was very low. Only a bathtub even in the handicapped room. The "hot " breakfast only had a waffle maker for hot food. Agradavel Não ter água filtrada no hotel. Só vendida. Nem no café tinha água . Não iria usar a piscina, mas estava imunda. Custo beneficio e café da manhã
