Fair The bed was very very hard and uncomfortable. Location to ECQ.
Fair Room was stuffy. Coffee was good.

Rude No one at the desk communicated to eachother
Poor I didn't appreciate being charged a room deposit TWICE because we stayed over a extra night... The room was ok but not great and was missing essential things like shampoo conditioner and a working fan in the bathroom. The room was big.
Bad They did not accept my walmart debit card
Pleasant Limited hours of restaurant and especially lounge. After a big concert and being a holiday Valentine’s Day it would have been nice to end the night with a cocktail in the lounge but it closed at 10pm. Very disappointing. Nice and clean. Friendly staff

Pleasant Proximité avec highway = bruit incessant 24/24 mais la réception donne des boules quies Hotel propre. Très grande chambre. Restaurant à disposition. Petit déjeuner complet
