Never again Let's start with dirty carpets in hallway. No safe in the room, microwave didn't work and carpets were very dirty. I asked for new towels and makeup removal wipes and that was exactly what I got after 3 days staying on the hotel, no sink cleaning, no bedding changed, nothing but just 2 items. Room was noisy as right near the freeway. The staff were incredibly helpful.

never going there again couldnt even check in due to my online bank, which was never told, when came back for a second time, i couldnt use my girlfriend’s card without her presence after i asked to being her card, room smelled funky, ac was way too loud to even sleep in the room, bathroom was not clean and there were hair on the bathroom wall, microwave and fridge not cleaned, tv remote barely worked, they are too strict but they cant keep up with their rooms nothing
Fair My door lock wouldn’t work, the one that turns or the one that gets flipped over. it’s not a huge problem but if I was traveling alone, I would’ve been nervous to sleep in there. The room was fairly clean, it was clean from eyes view but once you took off the blanket, the sheet had tons of crumbs and dirt like it wasn’t change previously. The tub was not wiped out, and the window barley opened an inch, just wanted fresh air. I understand for safety but maybe just a little more would be nice especially for those smaller ... read more
