Fair Outdated rooms. Clock and coffee maker didn't work. It was centrally located to things I wanted to do.
Bad Rude Staff was rude
rude staff but could’ve lived in that bath lol the staff rude and condescending quality of the furnishings
Employees are wonderful but the facility was just not the best. My bathroom (shower) wasn't clean and had hair on the walls. Also one of the rooms heater wasn't working properly, all three rooms tv kept messing up and two of the doors shutting. I loved that the manager helped us out when one of our rooms didn't work. The staff was amazing.

Always use Booking.com for travel. Very disappointed with this hotel. After travelling for 10 hours, it's beyond disappointing to arrive at a room that has obviously not been cleaned. crumbs in the bed, dirty tub, half-used bathroom amenities, soap, shampoo etc. Most disappointing were the lack of blankets on the beds. Two tired women travellers trying to get a good nights sleep are now cold because of lack of warm bedding.
