I will not stay at your facility again, but the staff were professional and courteous. the bed was horrible, like sleeping in a hammock. it was over used. it was broken down. it was very loud in the room. you don’t leave conditioner anymore. the hallway was clean. they maintenance the trash. the staff was nice.
overall a poor experience. I will not stay here again. poor location, trash on the streets in immediate surroundings. too noisy to get a good nights sleep. front desk staff was dismissive of customer concerns restaurant reasonably good

A real hassle I have stayed at this hotel multiple times. I felt very unwelcome. there was some Asian gal working on the night I checked in and she input the expiration date on my debit card wrong three times and so Visa put out a fraud alert on it and I couldn’t use it. I went to use it again today to book another room and it wouldn’t go through because of what she did! I called my bank and they released the fraud alert but now I have to call booking.com because they will not except my card because of her!! this is crazy an... read more
Disappointing
They seem to allow homeless people cheap weekly and/or monthly stays and then overcharge tourists. The smell and less stains on the couch and foot of the bed (box spring)!!! They allowed me to check out early.
