Overall ok, but way too much money for the quality of the room. The bed. The mattress pad kept bunching up under the sheet. I went to fix it and noticed it was a twin size mattress pad on a king size bed. The mattress was old, dirty and lumpy. So basically the only thing between me and the nasty mattress was a single sheet. Why even bother with the mattress pad? breakfast, coffee.

disappointed the room wasn’t cleaned very well. the staff brought me cleaning supplies so I could clean the shower and toilet. also an odor eliminated the room smelt like wet dog. nothing
Hotel room was ok, but area/location and facilities were not. Breakfast was mediocre. Was not located in a good area, booked to be a close walk to the Tacoma dome, but the streets were full of homeless people, garbage and no sidewalks. As a tourist, it would be beneficial if the hotel offered suggestions for alternative transit etc. The bed was quite uncomfortable and pool and hot tub were not open. Snack bar was not stocked and ice machine was broken! Staff was polite and hotel was clean.

I was supposed to have a room with a refrigerator….I didn’t. The bathroom was not stocked with any general amenities. It was right next to the freeway and was not insulated from the noise. I had to download a white noise app to help me sleep. The restaurant

Disappointing לא סידרו וניקו את החדר ולא הוסיפו קפה ושמפו במהלך השהות. עובדת חדר האוכל צעקה עלינו בפני כולם על כך שעלינו לנקות אחרינו את השולחן לאחר ארוחת הבוקר, או להשאיר לה טיפ. ממש לא ידענו שכך נהוג, זה היה חדש לנו..... את החדר המרווח
