It was okay When we checked in, the room we were in had a heater that didn't work so we had to change rooms to have a heater that did work. Then our new room didnt have certain things in it.... The beds were uncomfortable. We are coming to Tacoma again in about a month and we won't be staying here again... For the price we can stay at a cleaner nicer hotel for only 40 more.... So we are gonna go to a different hotel. the location for where we had to be for the weekend
hotel was clean but we had a room that was just bad… microwave, refrigerator didn’t work , sink backed up and door would to to many issues with our room it was ok but surroundings were not a safe area

Disappointing I didn’t like all of the dog hair in the carpet and most of all- the lack of upkeep on maintenance. For example the toilet ran the whole time I was there. After a quick glance, it looks like the tank has never been cleaned or fixed properly. I couldn’t even reach in the tank due to the filth. I have never seen a tank that disgusting in my entire life. I love Quinta, just not this one. The location is convenient, but in a bad area. Not enough outlets by the bed. My husband had to unplug the clock for his CPAP, and forget about charging anything on the bedside table. On our last night, the lock on our door stopped working and the solution was to change rooms or stay locked inside it. 7 floors and ice machines on 2-5 were out of order.
