Room was clean bed was comfy. Parking was great. Staff was friendly and courteous.

The staff is not helpful. I called for a heavy blanket and she told me I needed to come and get it myself. I walked up to the desk, only to be told there were none, and maybe they were in the washer. She could not leave the front desk, and also there were no other staff on the premises. This occurred around 6pm CST. I had another issue with booking my room, but that's for another day.
Dirty towel and washcloth in room upon check in. Trash in waste can from fried chicken box.
