I was disappointed when I arrived the pool was closed until passing inspection. The pool was the reason I spent more money to stay here.
Migrant hotel It was very noisy from other guests pounding on the floors above. The front desk personnel said that they were guests as well and would not do anything about it. The breakfast was overrun by migrant workers who took what food that was available for their lunch or dinner and didn’t care about the guests needs.
No hottub
Room had broken shower / and dead cockroaches along with the pool not being open
Keys to door never worked. No pool access due to inspections? Food was less than decent Staff were dismissive
Rooms are not updated, shower was falling apart. Someone had been smoking in the room before me. Smoke detectors kept going off, they came and removed them but never replaced….
1*. Never Again! Condition of the room was disgusting. Couch was stained. Room felt muggy and smelled of mold. We were transferred to another room but the key didnt work. 3rd room was marginally better but had old milk and beer. Its obvious the cleaning is not a priority for this hotel. Overall experience was not pleasant. We will not be staying here again.
Tv did not work in the room
Ren faire trip Bathroom had used soap and empty bottles toilet seat was broken room door had to be slammed to lock. Coffee was cold and empty
