Smelled of wet stinky dog. Didn’t realize when booking it was pet friendly. Will not be back.
The gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating but the property is dirty. The first room we got smelled awful like wet dog. We had to accept an ADA room with a dirty shower. Not impressed.
I experienced a few inconveniences at my last stay at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Tomball, TX. I contacted the management and the lady at the front desk told me she would apply a discount because: 1) the room was smaller than the one I thought I was getting, 2) the TV was not working properly and the front desk was unable to contact a maintenance person to replace/fix it, 3) I had to repair the bar for the shower curtain that was falling down. Found weed vapes under my mattress. Toilet did not flush right. The room just felt like they did not even change the sheets. Dirty body odor smell throughout the room and building. Probably the dirtiest la quinta i have been in
Walk into room and dog wet dog smell really bad. Cigarette burns on bathroom sink.
I did not realize they are in the middle of renovations, so everything was kind of a mess. I’m not sure if my room had been remodeled, but it certainly had not been swept recently. We also had the misfortune of being in a room near the pool while an entire baseball team was staying at the same hotel. The pool was supposed to close at 10:00, but we heard guests long after that. We could also hear the guests in the hallways and through the walls. The staff was polite, but seemed overworked.
The shower head was dirty, the bottom of the bathtub was peeling like it had been painted, and there were no pillows upon entering the room for the first time.
