Really run down Heater noisy Television static and couldn’t get a clear channel; every channel had background noise

Horrible bed! I chose this property because it is in the Wyndham family and there is usually a Wyndham bed which assures me a good night sleep. Also the walls were paper thin and it was a very loud property, especially in the middle of the night

It was not clean the bathroom at all we had to change rooms in the bathroom still was not clean

Internet was not working the entire time I was here They are apparently in the process of a remodel Even the tv in the room needs to be replaced.

Room was warm not cool or cold enough. Bathroom had rust stains, for price we paid we could of stayed somewhere else nicer.

It was an overpriced hotel that wasnt nearly as nice as the photos and wasnt properly staffed. The people hardly knew what to do, friends stayed the same night and had multiple issues with there door not opening resulting in us having to let them stay in our room until around 1 am

Upon arrival, the check-in person/desk clerk immediately told me I did not have a reservation and then attempted to move me on in order to wait on the next person - no long line, just one person behind me. A second clerk (very friendly) came to the front desk and found the reservation made through Expedia and found us a room. She said they have had problems with Expedia reservations since they changed to Wyndham.
