Mom of 2 I stayed for 4 days 3 nights and my room wasn't clean when I got there and it was never cleaned during my stay. Once a very nice cleaning girl came to my door her supervisor yelled at her in French that she shouldn't have done it, making the girl, my kid and me feel all awkward. The beds were comfy and the rooms had a decent size

Le séjour était agréable Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisé, on entend tout ses voisins, les personnes qui parlent dans le couloir . Une mal organisation sur les réservations avec BooKing La salle de sport, assez bien équipée, une piscine , le petit déjeuner bien fourni. Le ménage est très bien fait.

Dealt with it for the weekend The walls must be paper thin. You could hear everything from your neighbors.
Not good There was no hot water. The pool didn’t open till 2 o’clock in the afternoon when checkout was at 12 they made us leave at 11 because it was a Sunday.
Totally disappointed the staff very rude, the carpet of the room all dirty, bathroom was really dirty, the house keepers enter the room without ask if there’s was someone in the room they should have a list of the rooms that already made check out so they can get in, breakfast taste everything bad, the lady from the breakfast area so rude !! Unfortunately I wasted my money and time Nothing at all
Not attention to customer servicr Staff attitude My room door was left open by cleaning employees for all day. When I went back and asked for clarification staff member did not even apologize and rudely told me he would have informed the manager. No one ever called me. Very disappointing.
