Nice place, some very rude staff. The phone rang twice in the middle of the night both nights. Told the front desk, didn't care.
Fair don't like the concrete walls of the rooms. breakfast was very mediocre; very weak coffee.
Worst ever hotel experience. And I travel for a living. Despite a reasonable overall review, property was completely unacceptable. I had pre-paid with no other immediate options at that time. I expect a total refund. We arrived at 8:30 pm as I had informed them. No one at the desk for 45 minutes while I waited with my handicapped husband. No one else anyplace that I could find. Bad Dear Wyndham Tarrytown Management, We have been traveling throughout Europe and wanted to experience staying at your hotel during our visit to Tarrytown for a spooky Halloween celebration. We chose Wyndham because we believed it would be a good choice, especially considering the price of $340 for one night. Can’t be worse There’s a strong, pungent urine smell coming from around the nightstand area. So disgusting
On 1-10 scale it was a 5 Getting room type reserved. Reserved handicap room but was not able to get that upon arrival. No valid reason provided.
The staff was so rude try to ask for towels the house keepers kept say it was other room had to use my bath mat to dry o Where it was the way it was sit up it was awful Nothing

The negatives far out weighed anything positive We showed up for check in (around 7PM or so) and I was stuck waiting for 20 minutes for any help. I had to beg a poor employee who wasn't eve.on the clock for help. I was traveling with my two kids and one needed tending to quickly. When we got to the first room it had an overwhelming smell of urine. the front desk agent was able to come to me with a new room/key card, which was kind.
