Fair My kids love to stay at the baymont because they love the pool . However, as a returning customer, I was a little disappointed somewhere between July eighth and the 12th I had an issue with my key card where I was locked out most of the day and when I spoke to the general manager, Mike Scott, he had advised me to call my original booking method that he would be able to compensate me or give me some type of reimbursement and I felt like $20 was an insult. Bad Long before I checked in, I sent several messages with the hotel explicitly stating my request for a receipt, but no one addressed it until the day of my departure. Upon checking out after ten days, the lobby staff member responded with a condescending attitude, robotically repeating her refusal without ever demonstrating the basic service mindset or any problem-solving skills expected of a hotel employee. Given the hotel’s price, the experience was deeply disappointing.
Disappointing There was a strange smell in the corridor, the breakfast was quite unappealing, and the wait for check was exceptional long. The lady at the counter seemed overwhelmed with a long queue of individuals (who were part of the same group) who wanted to checkin at the same time, and there was an issue with their booking. This meant I had to wait about 30 minutes after a very long flight. Quite unpleasant. The water in the bathroom leaked and almost overflew into the room. Its was decent value for money
