Disappointing The front desk people, the noise at night outside of the room, and the breakfast. The staff was unprofessional and uncaring. The breakfast was poor.
Awful Staff and cleanliness was awful. The ice machine was leaking into the elevator. The room was dirty. There was literally dirt on the night stand. I had to go get Lysol whipped from the front desk. And then when I went to ask for the manager, the person at the desk wouldn’t look away from their cell phone. I have yet to reach the manager.
terrible asked for accessible room with a shower with no barrier-- got a room with a BATH TUB in a room two floors up from the lobby and a long walk to the lobby nothing
Don't book this hotel. The staff was rude The whole area and hall where our mildew room smell like weed. The room is need of serious update. The phone had cracks in it. The rug smelled like mildew. No pillows on bed. I called office because there was loud music and the man at the desk said there is a party going on when I questioned why would you put guest in area where you know a party would be hung up on me!!!! I would like a refund for this horrible unclean room. The fee for the room quoted to me was 50.00 I had to pay. W... read more
Poor Toilet clogged. Staff handed us a plunger. I did not go on vacation to plunge their toilet.
