Would not stay again - very expensive for a less than stellar experience The neighborhood is pretty rough. The scene when I walked into the hotel was chaos - there were people everywhere making a ton of noise. The noise continued. I heard a man yelling outside my room that he saw cockroaches and wanted his money back. And as a solo female traveler i felt pretty unsafe in my room - it was on the first floor with a ground level window that actually opened. Luckily I survived. FAIR The front desk failed to provide the requested wake up call resulting am I nearly missing my flight. There were times that the room was not vacuumed well. I could continuously had to go to the front desk to obtain shampoo because the hotel ran out of large containers to refill the shower bottles of shampoo. The housekeeper could not understand my directions in English to leave only shampoo. Very nice swimming pool, clean.

Decent stay, but will look for another hotel next time. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was poor quality food, tough to eat. We skipped it the second morning. Clean, easily accessible

Overpriced with no perks Lifeguard eating, picking his feet and playing music on his phone at the pool. Maid did not make up room on extended stay until we complained. Loud music from meeting room late into the night. Too pricey for the lack of quiet and respect! Good breakfast

Not happy at all It was one family across from my room constantly yelling, screaming, running et, etc. late at night and also in the morning could not sleep at all, the staff didn’t do anything about it and the cameras were right by them. Easy to check and see what’s happening in the hallway. Also lots of smokers right outside the back door of the hotel.🥵 The location is very convenient.
