LADY WITH THE RED HAIR AT THE FRONT DESK IS DISRESPECTFUL The lady at the front desk with the red hair is enough of a deterrent to this property. She speaks in a vile condescending belittling tone. The property itself is not worth the disrespect Rooms were spacious , and clean

Not what we expected Walls were paper thin, listened to screaming family almost all night and the next morning. The bathroom floor was filthy. The bathroom had ants around toilet. No cups in bathroom. Breakfast buffet foods were not hot. Bed was comfortable
Fair The pullout bed was very small for our 2 kids. The pillows were small and e didn’t get enough to also have pillows for the pull out couch. Loud people in the hallway at night. Hallway smelled heavy of marijuana. Not a lot of gluten free breakfast options. Very nice staff and an okay breakfast.

Fair Room service was a big problem with my room not being cleaned one day am I having to constantly go downstairs to the desk to ask for towels. They were short towels throughout my stay.
