Good Pool open earlier. Good breakfast
The hotel is OK but I will not stay there again. The rooms are not sound proof, could hear noise from hallway and other room. No access to the pool until 2pm both days. Carpet and room furniture had stains. No Tv guide and the Tv should have been wall mounted. Breakfast area was very small and crowded.
Bad Staff experience is poor. Several time I was asked to provide ID, even though I did online check-in. My credit card got charged twice. I have go thru multiple channels to get it fixed.

I've been to cheaper hotels that gave higher quality service than this place. Their staff especially in the mornings are very lazy and unprofessional. There is a lady that usually works the mornings and she gets an attitude when you request some assistance at the breakfast bar. She also starts yelling and cursing with one of her coworkers which is not very professional either. Not good never again Nothing it smelled of weed . Rooms out dated, staff not nice at all lazy people . We were supposed to have our rooms a join and they weren’t, the place smelled of weed. The music was so loud . The breakfast sucked, rooms out dated
