adequate but i probably wound't stay there again ant infestation in our room, which was not addressed properly. mgmt wanted us to change rooms at night when we were tired and just wanted to sleep, and did not send someone in with insecticide despite the request. front desk person blamed us for having sugar packets on the counter despite the fact that the ants weren't even on that side, they were swarming on the base of the TV, and the sugar packets were completely sealed. no compensation or discount offered for the ant probl... read more

Pratical location. That's it Good location. Needs work... I stayed at this hotel 3 years ago. The pool needs a complete overhaul, not to mention that the heating around the pool did not work. The breakfast was below average (could have better choices consistent with healthier choices...needs to keep up with current trends..). The food counter was not tidy. The room's temperature control did not work properly. While this place is well located for my needs, we will definitely not go back.

I didn't like it there Water in the pool was cold no clean towels room didn't clean at breakfast time the waffle bottle was empty the lady at the front desk doing everything u guys need more staff i didn't like it at all

Disappointing
No sleep do to people partying no I will not return To .any people partying and making noise all night will not stay again It was nice room one pillow was dirty

Room and service was OK but not a good value for money. Noise from traffic and people chatting by the back door entrance. Nobody look after the dining area during early breakfast hour. Room size is good. Window can be opened a little bit for fresh air to come in, Continental breakfast is acceptable. Bed is little bit too soft.
Overpriced. Not good. From the call I made that morning to ask a question to the moment I left. Not good
Better than an OK hotel,and closer to good in the final analysis I had to change rooms 2x. The first change was due to the room smelling like dirty socks. Interestingly, the front desk person made a comment that one of his co-workers said the same thing about that room. My immediate thought was why did you give it to me? The heater in the second room didn't work. The third room was better although the heater was an issue but workable.
