Disappointing No heat Staff was very poor.

Horrible experience overall and definitely not coming back. The staff at the front desk was ridiculously rude, unwelcoming and unhelpful. From the time of arrival the gentleman did not have his mask properly placed, his attire seemed less than professional and communication skills below acceptable. Lady at front desk in the am wouldn’t even answer my questions. Breakfast selections were extremely limited and no drinks available, unless you asked. There was only a waffle station and cold bagels. Coffee was bad.

It wasn't great!, just ok. I did not like the smile of weed, I did not like that when I called the front desk for towels, bath rags, and toilet tissue, I had to go downstairs for it and front staff gave me 2 floor towels, 5 towels, 1 tissue, 2 face towels, ( I didn't ask for some of these items, but ok) when I asked about the bath rags he said I gave you, I held up the face towels and said you bath with this, this is not a rag. I'm glad we only had to stay there one night The attitude of the staff definitely needs a lift. They have a gorgeous pool that they said "has been closed since COVID-19" but they couldnt say why it was closed.

Humo No me gustó que todo los pasillos tenían un olor exagerado a cigarrillo y marihuana... fue horrible esa experiencia
Fair The indoor pool was closed which it would have been nice to be told before booking. The facility room had a puddle of water next to the treadmill so I didn’t use it. Staff wasn’t friendly but I only stayed 2 nights thankfully. Breakfast was ok, bagels were hard. They didn’t clean the room so to get clean towels I called the front desk which they abruptly told me to go to the front desk for clean towels. Fair Everything was good except for the spotted carpet in the room I stayed at this hotel.
